Standard wholesale jewelry payment terms are a deposit on order and the balance before shipping, commonly 30/70 or 50/50. Repeat buyers can often negotiate better terms based on order history.

For samples and small trial orders we keep terms simple; for bulk orders we confirm the deposit, then the balance against the shipping documents.
