Jewelry Sample Policy

Samples let you check material, plating and finish before committing. Sample fees usually cover the unit cost plus freight, and a sample fee is often refundable when you place a bulk order meeting the MOQ.

Our sampling takes 7-10 days for existing designs and 7-14 days for new custom designs.
