We ship worldwide from our factory in Meilong, Guangdong, China. For USA orders, we typically use DHL or FedEx, which deliver in 3-5 business days after production. All orders over $50 ship free, and smaller orders have a flat shipping fee.

Our production time is usually 7-10 days for sampling and 15-20 days for bulk orders, depending on the style. Once your necklaces or other jewelry are ready, we dispatch within 24 hours and provide tracking numbers immediately.

We understand time-sensitive needs. For urgent orders, we can expedite production and use express shipping. We also handle all customs documentation, ensuring smooth clearance. Most USA clients receive their jewelry within 2 weeks of order confirmation.
